Once the Data Management team has collected your benefit data, the IT group goes to work. Your website and benefits administration system include more than just your company logo – a replica of your corporate website is mirrored by match your corporate colors, menus, backgrounds along with other key elements, in order to capture your corporate identity.
Your site will then go through three stages of extensive testing before it is introduced to the client for review. Human Resource departments then review for accuracy, are briefed on data collection procedures, reporting, and upon acceptance, deliver the final product to employees through the various methods provided to you in our Website Rollout Package.
