Our video library will support your important HR processes, including open enrollment, new hire orientation, product and carrier information, how to handle qualifying events, along with important wellness and lifestyle information. Our full service video solutions make it easy for our client to consistently communicate their employee benefits message to all employee and their family members.

Stock Videos:

All videos are recorded in our studio using professional actors and actresses. Most videos have been shot in both English and Spanish. Other languages are available upon request and at an additional cost. Videos include important information in the following general categories:

  • By Product – such as What is an HRA, What is an HSA, or What is an FSA?
  • Wellness and Lifestyle – High Blood Pressure, Weight Loss, Diabetes

Custom Videos:

We encourage our clients to come visit our studio in Orlando and shoot their own custom videos. If you are unavailable to come to Orlando, we can hire a professional actor or actress to shoot your custom video based on a script that we will help you write. Custom videos are typically used for new hires, open enrollment, or for major benefit program changes that require significant communications and education.

For many of our customers, these custom videos have replaced traditional enrollment meetings. Once the video has been recorded and edited, we can post it to your benefits website so that all employees can watch it anytime through your benefits website.
